Change of mind
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase but if you wish to return it and receive a replacement product or a full refund, that is fine by us! Please note that we require all goods to be returned in an unworn condition within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for the cost of posting the goods back to us (this excludes faulty goods see below). If you have requested a replacement, we will dispatch these to you within 2 working days of receiving the product from you. If you have requested a refund, we will reimburse you for the product within 2 days of receiving the product from you.
We check every item that we dispatch. However, should you receive goods in a faulty state, we will be happy to send you a replacement or refund you in full. We can accept faulty goods for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. We ask that you pay for the cost of posting the goods back to us, and we will then refund the postage cost once we have received and inspected the faulty goods. If you have requested a replacement item, we will dispatch these to you and reimburse your postage costs within 2 working days of receiving the faulty goods. If you have requested a refund, we will reimburse you for the product and the postage costs within 2 days of receiving the faulty goods. We always confirm dispatch and reimbursement by email so you know exactly what is happening.
Please note that goods outside of the 30 days that you feel were not “fit for purpose” will be required to be returned and inspected. They will only be accepted as faulty if we feel they have not been misused, damaged from external sources or, in our opinion, are simply showing fair wear and tear. We hope to have items inspected and a descision back to you within 7 working days, and either arrange the item replacing or refunding as above or returning if not deemed faulty.
